Delivery and downloads
Klubfiller LTD (company number 08270746) is your seller. For help with any delivery, use our online contact form and include your order number. Our business contact address is 254 Birkenhead Road, Merseyside, CH47 9SJ, United Kingdom.
Music downloads
Music is supplied digitally in the format and mix shown on the product page. No physical item is posted and no postage is charged for digital-only orders. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link. Please use an email address you can access and check your junk folder if the message does not arrive.
You need a suitable device, sufficient storage and software compatible with the advertised file format. If your download email is missing or you cannot download or open a file, contact us with your order number so we can help restore access or resolve the problem.
Studio gift vouchers
Studio gift vouchers are delivered by email as a downloadable PDF after successful payment. You can print the voucher and write in the To and From boxes. Keep your purchase confirmation: your order number is used to verify the booking entitlement.
Receiving the PDF does not book a session. Email studio@klubfiller.com to arrange a date. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, subject to the booking and rescheduling terms in our refund policy. No physical voucher is posted.
Made-to-order merchandise
Our tees and hoodies are made and dispatched by production partners through Printify. Klubfiller LTD remains responsible for your order and is your point of contact for delivery issues.
Orders normally pass to production after an initial processing period of around 24 hours. Production generally takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Busy periods, stock availability and the chosen product can affect these estimates.
Estimated shipping time after dispatch
For our current Print Clever tees and hoodies, the estimated transit times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Ireland and other supported European destinations: 5–15 business days after dispatch.
- Other supported international destinations: 10–30 business days after dispatch.
These transit estimates are additional to processing and production time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. International delivery can therefore take longer than 30 calendar days overall. Any different estimate stated for a particular product or delivery option before purchase takes precedence. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular event.
Destinations, charges and tracking
Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We do not offer delivery to every country. Items may be sent separately, and a mixed order may include both download emails and physical parcels. Tracking information is provided when available.
For international orders, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the destination authorities or carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding what is included.
Address changes, delays and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if it is wrong; we will try to help, but changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. Any proposed additional delivery cost will be explained before you agree to it.
If your order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate with the production partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy. You do not need to resolve the issue with Printify yourself. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate, subject to applicable law.
If we cannot meet an agreed delivery deadline, your legal rights to require delivery within an appropriate further period or to cancel and receive a refund continue to apply. Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable statutory delivery rules apply. Nothing in these estimates limits your statutory rights.
